Thai basil adds an herbal kick to this blueberry cocktail from Minneapolis bartender Pip Hanson. It's a perfect summer cocktail.
10–15 fresh blueberries
3 oz. gin
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. simple syrup
10 Thai basil leaves
Tools: shaker, fine-mesh strainer
Garnish: three blueberries
Muddle blueberries at the bottom of a shaker. Add remaining ingredients, shake, double-strain into a flute and garnish.
