The classic Margarita gets a savory twist with the addition of fresh-pressed celery juice and a pinch of salt.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. blanco tequila
  • 3/4 oz. fresh celery juice
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. honey
  • 2 drops salt water (1:1)
  • Tools:shaker, strainer
  • Glass:coupe
  • Garnish:several rings of fresh chile peppers

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and shake. Strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish.
