This classic cocktail is a relative of the Whiskey Sour and thought to have been invented at Boston's Locke-Ober Café in 1898.
2 oz. rye whiskey 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice 3/4 oz. fresh orange juice 1 tsp. grenadine Ice cubes Tools: juicer, shaker, strainer
Glass: cocktail
Garnish: cherry
Shake ingredients in a shaker, strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
