Austin bartender Adam Bryan reaches for his city’s own Treaty Oak rum for this herbal stunner, but any good white rum will do.
2 oz. white rum 1 oz. fresh lemon juice 1/2 oz. St. Germain liqueur 1/2 oz. absinthe Ice cubes Tools: shaker, strainer Glass: coupe Garnish: lemon twist and skewered cherry
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe. Garnish.
