Eryn Reece gave this cocktail a Dutch name (it means “celebration”) in honor of genever’s homeland.
2 oz. Bols genever
3/4 oz. sweet vermouth (Reece uses Carpano Antica)
1/2 oz. Cherry Heering Cracked ice
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer Glass: rocks
Stir ingredients with cracked ice and strain into a glass over large ice.
