The Graduate

Campari and crème de cassis bring a fruit-driven bittersweet balance to this refreshing fizzer.

3/4 oz. Campari
3/4 oz. crème de cassis
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
Sparkling wine
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: flute
Garnish: orange twist

Combine all ingredients, except sparkling wine, and shake with ice cubes. Strain into a chilled flute, top with chilled sparkling wine and garnish.
