Skip dessert and sip on this sweet, jazzy number (named after the famous singer) instead.
2 oz. bourbon
1 oz. St. Germain liqueur
2 dashes Angostura bitters Cracked ice
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer Glass: cocktail Garnish: whipped cream (see below) and a sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon
Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish by floating whipped cream gently over the top of the cocktail and sprinkling the spices on top.
To make whipped cream, whisk 1 oz. of heavy cream with a dash of simple syrup and a few specks of crushed ice until the mixture has a thick consistency.
