Sungold Zinger

Sweet, summer-ripened tomatoes are the cherry on top of this bright, botanical sipper.


1 3/4 oz. gin
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. agave syrup (1:1)
Pinch salt
4 Sungold tomatoes (or other sweet cherry tomatoes)
Tools: mixing glass, muddler, shaker, strainer, fine-strainer
Glass: coupe
Garnish: sliced tomato
In a mixing glass, gently muddle the tomatoes. Add other ingredients, shake with ice, then fine-strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a tomato on the rim.
