Screaming Greenie

This frosty, spiked slushie from New York City’s The Tippler let’s you drink your greens.


2 oz. vodka

1/2 oz. absinthe

1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice

1 3/4 oz. simple syrup (1:1)

8 leaves fresh basil

1 cup ice

Tools: blender

Glass: Collins

Garnish: lemon wheel and basil sprig


Blend all ingredients until smooth, then pour into a tall glass and garnish.
