Rurita

2 oz. blanco tequila
1/2 oz. Cynar
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1/4 oz. simple syrup (1:1)
3 dashes rhubarb bitters (see our recipe in the May/June 2011 issue for a homemade version)
2 drops orange flower water, to rinse glass
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: coupe

Rinse glass with orange flower water and discard excess. Shake remaining ingredients with ice and strain into the glass.
