This ruby-hued cocktail combines fortified wine with gin and citrus for a gem of a holiday sipper.
1 oz. ruby Port
3/4 oz. gin
3/4 oz. dry Curaçao
1/2 oz. honey syrup (1:1)
1/2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
1/4 oz. fresh lime juice
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: coupe
Garnish: 2 dashes Angostura bitters and a grapefruit twist
Combine all ingredients and shake with ice cubes. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
