1 oz. Tuaca 1 oz. spiced rum 1/2 oz. fresh-squeezed lemon juice 1/2 oz. simple syrup 2 thin slices peeled fresh ginger root 3/4 oz. fresh-pressed apple juice
Ice Tool: shaker, muddler, strainer
Glass: white wine Garnish: freshly grated nutmeg and a lemon wheel
Muddle ginger in a shaker. Add remaining ingredients and ice, and shake. Strain into a glass and garnish.
