Pink Lady

 

1 1/2 oz. gin (London dry style)

1/2 oz. applejack

Juice of half a lemon

1 fresh egg white (pasteurized if you like)

2 dashes grenadine

Ice cubes
Tools: shaker, strainer

Glass: cocktail

Garnish: cherry

Shake vigorously with ice, strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
