Pink Lady

 

1 1/2 oz. gin (London dry style)

1/2 oz. applejack

Juice of half a lemon

1 egg white

2 dashes grenadine

Ice cubes
Tools: shaker, strainer

Glass: cocktail

Garnish: maraschino cherry

Shake vigorously with ice and strain into glass. Garnish
