Piña Colada

 

2 oz. light rum
2 oz. coconut cream
2 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 cup crushed ice
Tools: blender, strainer
Glass: Collins
Garnish: pineapple wedge and cherries

Blend all ingredients until smooth, strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
