Pegu Club

This delicious 1920s cocktail was first crafted in the club of the same name.

 

1 1/2 oz. gin
1/2 oz. Cointreau
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Ice cubes
Tools: juicer, shaker, strainer

Glass: cocktail

 

Shake ingredients in a shaker and strain into a chilled glass.
