2 oz. brandy 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice 1/2 oz. pineapple syrup
1/4 oz. simple syrup
Dash of Green Chartreuse
Splash of seltzer Ice Tools: shaker, strainer Glass: highball
Garnish: seasonal fruit
Shake first five ingredients with ice cubes and strain into glass filled with crushed ice. Add a splash of seltzer and garnish.
