This tropically inspired swizzle kicks in a splash of tawny Port for added depth and flavor.
2 oz. rhum agricole 3 slices fresh pineapple 3/4 oz. lime juice 1/2 oz. orgeat 3/4 oz. tawny Port Ice cubes Crushed ice Tools: shaker, muddler, strainer Glass: Collins Garnish: pineapple leaf, optional
Combine all ingredients, except Port, in a shaker and muddle. Add ice cubes and shake. Strain into a crushed ice-filled Collins glass and garnish.
