Poet’s Dream

Manhattan’s Lantern’s Keep adapted this poetic sipper from a 1930s English bar guide.

2 oz. gin
3/4 oz. dry vermouth
1/4 oz. Bénédictine
2 dash orange bitters
Ice cubes
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Glass: coupe
Garnish: lemon twist

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice cubes. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish.
