Pirate Slave

One sip and you’ll be a slave to this cane syrup-sweetened mix of rhum agricole, Punt e Mes and Campari.

 

2 oz. rhum agricole

3/4 oz. Punt e Mes

1/2 oz. Campari

1 tsp. cane syrup

1 dash Regans’ orange bitters

1 dash Fee Bros. orange bitters

Cracked ice

Large ice cube

Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer

Glass: double rocks

Garnish: flamed orange peel

 

Combine all ingredients and stir with cracked ice. Strain over one large ice cube into a double rocks glass and garnish.
