Pele’s Enchantment

According to Hawaiian folklore, Pele is the goddess of fire and volcanoes, and this captivating cocktail tames the flame with a bright, cooling mix of sweetened condensed milk, cachaça and fresh lime.

3 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
2 oz. cachaça
1 Tbsp. lime zest
Ice cubes
Tools: blender, straw
Glass: Hurricane
Garnish: fresh mint sprig and lime twist

Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a hurricane glass and garnish. Serve with a straw.
