Pay Per View

Light on the alcohol but big on taste, this aperitif combines three aromatized wines with splashes of fresh citrus and cane juice.

3/4 oz. sweet vermouth
3/4 oz. dry vermouth
3/4 oz. Dolin Blanc
3/4 oz. lime juice
1/4 oz. cane sugar
Ice cubes
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: coupe
Garnish: cherry, optional

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, strain into a chilled coupe and garnish.
