A bittersweet Italian artichoke liqueur, spicy ginger syrup and a splash of fizzy water make for a tasty post-prandial sipper.
1 1/2 oz. Cynar 3/4 oz. ginger syrup 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice Club soda Ice cubes Tools: shaker, strainer Glass: Collins
Combine all ingredients, except club soda, and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass and top with club soda.
