A take on the Colony, which was the house drink at the legendary Colony Restaurant on Fifth Avenue in New York City, this recipe was named in honor of Chef Lazone at Commander's Palace in New Orleans.
1 oz. vodka 1/2 oz. Southern Comfort 1/4 oz. fresh lime juice 1/2 oz. simple syrup to taste 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters 2 dashes Herbsaint Ice cubes Tools: shaker, strainer Glass: cocktail Garnish: lime wheel Shake all the ingredients well with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish.
