Lavender Syrup

Versatile lavender syrup is lovely in everything from fresh-squeezed lemonade to mocktails like our Shady Creek Cooler to cocktails like the California Bubble Bath.

3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup water
2 Tbsp. culinary-grade lavender (organic, if available)

 

Bring all ingredients to boil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir and let boil until sugar has fully dissolved. Remove from heat and let steep for 15 minutes. Strain into a clean jar, cover and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
