3/4 oz. genever 3/4 oz. gin 3/4 oz. yellow Chartreuse 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice 4 dashes rhubarb bitters (click here for a DIY recipe) Meletti Amaro, to rinse glass (or other Italian amaro, such as Ramozotti) Ice cubes Tools: shaker, strainer, fine strainer Glass: rocks
Rinse glass with amaro and discard excess. Shake remaining ingredients with ice and double strain over fresh ice into glass.
