Kokomo

Kick back on a Caribbean beach—or at least pretend to—with this refreshing rum cooler.

 

2 oz. white rum
1 oz. orgeat
1/2 oz. fresh lime
2 drops Angostura bitters
2 oz. coconut water
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: footed goblet
Garnish: fresh lime wheel and freshly grated nutmeg

 

Combine all ingredients with ice and shake. Strain into a crushed ice-filled glass, adding more crushed ice to glass to create a dome on top. Garnish.
