A take on the Martini, this classic recipe replaces a garnish of olives or lemon with a cocktail onion.
2 oz. gin 1 oz. dry vermouth Ice cubes Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer Glass: cocktail
Garnish: 1-2 pickled cocktail onions (check our Jan/Feb 2010 issue for a homemade recipe)
Stir ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
