Two fruit-forward spirits combine in this refreshing highball from Brooklyn’s Maison Premiere.

1 1/2 oz. Greenhook Ginsmiths Beach Plum Gin Liqueur

1/2 oz. cassis

2 dashes lemon bitters

Club soda

Tools: barspoon

Glass: Collins

Garnish: lemon wheel

Combine all ingredients, except club soda, into an ice-filled Collins glass. Stir to combine, top with club soda, and garnish.
