You’ll do a double take over this tasty combo of genever, fruit juices and sugarcane rum.
3/4 oz. genever 3/4 oz. rhum agricole (Vandaag uses Neisson) 1/2 oz. pineapple juice 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice 1/4 oz. green Chartreuse 1/2 oz. simple syrup (1:1) Ice cubes Tools: shaker, strainer Glass: cocktail Garnish: mint sprig
Combine all ingredients and shake with ice until well chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish.
