This sprightly refresher combines Brazil’s most popular spirit with an Italian aperitif, fresh citrus and a splash of seltzer.
1 1/2 oz. cachaça 1/2 oz. Aperol 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice 1/2 oz. rich demerara syrup Soda water Cracked ice Ice cone Tools: shaker, strainer Glass: Collins Garnish: freshly grated cinnamon, lemon wedge
Combine all ingredients, except soda water, and shake with a small piece of cracked ice. Strain over a large ice cone into a chilled Collins glass and garnish.
