Daiquiri Rebelde

 

2 oz. dry white rum

1/2 oz. fresh lime

1/2 oz. simple syrup (1:1 raw sugar to water)

2-3 fresh mint leaves

Ice cubes

Tools: shaker, strainer

Glass: cocktail

 

Combine all ingredients with ice, shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
