2 oz. Cognac (Juncosa uses Rémy Martin 1738) 1 oz. white crème de menthe 2 dashes mineral water Ice cubes Tools: shaker, strainer Glass: cocktail
Garnish: fresh mint (optional)
Shake ingredients well and strain into a chilled glass.
