Like an Italian cream soda for grownups, this fun fizzer combines a host of flavors into four different servings.
4 oz. gin
4 oz. cherry brandy (Cherry Heering will work)
1/4 oz. orange flower water
3 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 oz. simple syrup (1:1)
4 fresh egg whites (pasteurized if you like)
1 oz. fresh whipping cream
8 oz. soda water
Tools: large shaker, strainer, barspoon
Glass: 4 fizz glasses
Garnish: griottine cherries
Combine all ingredients, except soda water, in an oversized shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds (no ice). Add ice cubes and shake until a frost forms on the outside. Strain and divide between 4 ice-filled glasses, top each with 2 oz. of soda, stir to combine and garnish.
