This riff on a classic Buck infuses the flavor of plum gin with fresh citrus and peppery ginger beer.
1 1/2 oz. Greenhook Ginsmiths Beach Plum Gin Liqueur
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
Ginger beer
Tools: barspoon
Glass: Collins
Garnish: lime wedge
Combine all ingredients, except club soda, into an ice-filled Collins glass. Stir to combine, top with ginger beer and garnish.
