The Charlemagne Cocktail

Plump, juicy Concord grapes meet with a French apple brandy, citrus and a splash of honey in this autumn-invoking sipper.

 

1 1/2 oz. Calvados
1 oz. fresh lime juice
3/4 oz. honey syrup (2:1)
Dash of Angostura bitters
5-8 Concord grapes
Tools: shaker, muddler, strainer
Glass: coupe
Garnish: skewered grapes

 

In a shaker, muddle the grapes. And the remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Fine-strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
