Cantina Band

Fernet-Branca, gin and ginger beer meet in this refreshing highball.

 

1 1/2 oz. Fernet-Branca
1/2 oz. gin
1 oz. fresh lime juice
3/4 oz. simple syrup (1:1)
3 cucumber slices
Ginger beer
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: highball
Garnish: cucumber wheel

 

Combine all ingredients, except ginger beer, and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass, top with ginger beer and garnish.
