Sweet and herbal, this coffee cocktail will warm you to the bone. A swirl of Irish cream whipped cream pushes an already-good cocktail into the realm of greatness.
1½ oz. aged rum
1/3 oz. Sambuca
1 barspoon Fernet-Branca
1 sugar cube
Irish cream whipped cream
Add rum, Sambuca, Fernet-Branca and sugar cube to a wine glass. Add coffee and top with Irish cream whipped cream.
Irish cream whipped cream: Combine 4 oz. of heavy whipping cream with 1 oz. of Irish cream. Whip with an electric mixer or whisk until airy and light.
