A zingy mix of cachaça, ginger and orgeat.
2 oz. cachaça
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. ginger syrup (1:1 fresh ginger juice and granulated sugar)
1/2 oz. orgeat
Dash orange flower water
Tools: shaker, strainer
Garnish: lime wedge
Combine all ingredients, except the ginger ale, and shake. Strain into an ice-filled glass, top with ginger ale, and garnish.
