This cocktail from Russell House Tavern commemorates the Battle of Trafalgar by bringing together ingredients from the regions that fought.
1 oz. Pimm’s No. 1 3/4 oz. St. Germain 1/2 oz. honey syrup (1:1) 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice 1/4 oz. Batavia Arrack Ice cubes Tools: shaker, strainer Glass: rocks Garnish: flamed orange peel Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice and shake. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.
