Angel Face

 

1 oz. calvados
3/4 oz. gin
3/4 oz. Briottet creme de peche
1/2 oz. fresh lemon Juice
Ice cubes
Glass: cocktail
Garnish: lemon twist and cherry

 

Shake all ingredients with two cups of ice. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
